Delete your MemoryStory account

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the mobile app: open Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm the deletion prompt.

If you cannot access the app, email support@memorystory.ai from the email address used for your account. We will verify the request before deleting app content.

Account deletion removes your profile, saved stories, uploaded photos, and generated story content where legally allowed. Purchase, payment, tax, fraud prevention, and fulfillment records may be retained when required by law or platform policy.
