How MemoryStory AI handles child photos
Families deserve simple, direct answers before uploading child photos. This page is meant to explain the current StoryMe approach in plain language.
Why we ask for photos
StoryMe uses a small set of child photos so the illustrated lead character can feel personally recognizable throughout the book.
We ask for a few focused images because the goal is one coherent personalized storybook, not a broad image archive.
How photos are used
- To generate the personalized StoryMe storybook
- To keep the illustrated child character visually consistent
- To let you reopen, review, and share the finished story
We do not treat your upload as public content, and we do not use child photos to train AI models without explicit consent.
Storage and access
Photos are stored in the app infrastructure needed to generate and serve the story. Access is meant to stay limited to the account holder and to the services required to create the product.
Private account pages, checkout flows, and admin surfaces should not be indexed by search engines.
Family-sharing boundaries
Once you buy a StoryMe story, you can share the finished digital book with family using a private share link. That share flow is designed for reading and gifting, not for making the original child photos broadly public.
